Russell:Hello, everyone, I’m Russell. I’m an engineer with 15 years + technical development experience and 6 years + blockchain development experience. I am honored to join the development of THINKIUM project in 2018.
It is really exciting to think of contributing to thinkium from the paper to a decentralized public chain that can truly operate stably.
Thinkium:Why did you join Thinkium?
Russell:Thinkium is an excellent team that includes experts in related fields from all over the world at the beginning of its establishment. There are computer experts from the United States, cyber security experts from China, and experts from the blockchain field in Australia.
After studying the revolutionary opportunities of the decentralized industry brought by the Ethereum public chain in 18 years, they also saw the deficiencies of Ethereum, so they researched and published Thinkium’s white paper. I am honored to see this white paper and I very much agree with it. And then joined the team to help realize the white paper as a never-ending trusted computing platform. This is my own background and connection with thinkium.
Thinkium:What do you understand about thinkium?
Russell:Thinkium’s definition of blockchain is a never-ending trusted computing platform. Thinkium is an all-round public chain network running through a hierarchical multi-chain structure, integrating lay1+layer2 technologies (hierarchical and parallel sub-chains,Isomorphic and heterogeneous cross-chain, sharding, EVM and asset bridge, etc.), with unlimited capacity expansion under linear cost.
As an all-round public chain, thinkium’s single chain can become a separately verified layer2, which can not only improve performance, but also has higher security than other layer2 because every transaction is verified;
The high performance, decentralization, and scalability that thinkium has achieved can provide the safest and fastest underlying infrastructure for the metaverse. From this perspective, thinkium was born for the metaverse.
You can take a look at the Thinkium white paper. The front part of the white paper actually describes the evolution of the meta-universe. This was foreseen by the thinkium team long before the recent meta-universe became popular.
Thinkium:What was the original intention of Thinkium’s creation?
Russell:A public blockchain infrastructure aiming to facilitate Internet level large-scale applications andbridge the physical world and the digital world to launch the era of Web 3.0.
The existing public chain products are incapable of supporting the implementation of large-scaleInternet-level applications, and the limited basic capability of blockchain seriously restricts its ecological development.
Thinkium:What strategy will be used to accomplish this mission?
Russell:1) Achieve efficient and free circulation of digital assets in the blockchain world By integrating various technologies of Layer1 + Layer2, Thinkium supports layered and parallelsubchains, isomorphism and heterogeneous cross-chain, sharding, EVM and asset bridge, and can
be fully connected to all current digital assets in the blockchain world to allow their efficientcirculations.
2) Bridge the physical business world with the digital world Thinkium takes unique design of a multi-layer multi-chain structure, which can theoreticallyachieve unlimited scalability and facilitate Internet level large-scale applications through the separation of subchains from the main chain, inheritance of child-chains from their parent-chain,
intra-chain sharding, and cross-chain communications. Thinkium’s current TPS has reached 100,000+.
Based on the underlying secured consensus network of Thinkium, any user can build and customize the industry public blockchain for their own businesses. Based on the unique features of Thinkium’s main chain, such as low cost, high efficiency cross-chain, unlimited performance extension, and high concurrency of complex contracts, the applications of industrial public chain can also be infinitely extended, gradually filling the gap between the physical business world and the digital world to launch a new business world of Web 3.0.
Thinkium:What is the difference between Thinkium and the well-known public chain project ETH\BOT\SOLANA\DFINITY?
Russell:Generally speaking, the consensus mechanism and network architecture are quite different, which makes the performance, scalability, and security results of the entire public chain very different.
Thinkium’s unique architecture allows it to support multi-chain structure, intra-chain distribution, and support alliance chains and public chains at the same time. This is currently not achieved by other public chain networks in the market, so thinkium is also the underlying infrastructure of the blockchain network.
· Polkadot is generally closed to ETH 2.0 and is expected to begin officially parachain slots auction soon. Polkadot can solve performance and cross-chain issues for the time being, while entry requires a threshold, which needs staking a DOT to auction parachain slot.
· Solana has more than 50,000 TPS by virtue of PoH innovation, which is enough for current blockchain applications, but the project is more centralized as well as sacrifices a part of security.
· DFINITY claims itself as an Internet computer, which has high hardware requirements for nodes; meanwhile nodes need to be staked tokens in order to generate revenue.
· Thinkium has infinite scalability through the unique design of parent-child chains, which can extend logical subchains and shardings downward. Not only is Thinkium a public chain, it also can meet the requirements of the alliance chain at the same time. The business chain can operate independently according to the business entity, providing confidentiality and other functions. It is expected to become a project to meet the commercial needs of various blockchains.
With the completion of the upgrade of compatible Ethereum, we have also upgraded the supporting infrastructure.
In terms of wallet: access to METAMASK wallet allows more users to easily enter the Thinkium network. Thinkium network’s native wallet TUKE will be developed and upgraded to support multi-chain wallets;
Cross-chain bridge: The decentralized asset cross-chain bridge between Thinkium and other public chains has been successfully developed and is expected to be deployed in the next month;
Meta-universe protocol: The meta-universe middle-level protocol on the Thinkium chain has also entered the later stage of development. It is expected to be deployed and online within 3 months. At that time, all creators can easily create and publish games on Thinkium’s meta-universe mid-level protocol if they don’t understand development in time. , NFT and other meta-universe applications.
Generally speaking, since its establishment, Thinkium has been committed to providing high-performance, low-cost, and secure access to WEB3, and has been working hard to provide developers participating in the Thinkium ecosystem with the lowest entry barriers and development difficulties. We are working hard to provide the most convenient and safest blockchain network service, and we are currently progressing smoothly. Thinkium:It sounds like THINKIUM is a very good public chain. How can current users and developers enter the Thinkium ecosystem? What are the incentives?
Russell:Thinkium has basically completed the construction of the bottom layer and is about to enter the fast lane of ecological development. Users, communities and developers are very welcome to join the Thinkium network to build a prosperous ecosystem.
Currently, the easiest way for ordinary users to enter the Thinkium ecosystem is to become a POS node. Users can configure the server and mortgage Thinkium’s native token TKM as a verification node to obtain Thinkium’s mining income. The current estimated annualized income is about 15%.
For developers, with the completion of compatibility with Ethereum, applications deployed on Ethereum or other supporting EVM chains can easily connect to Thinkium, without further development.
Thinkium is also planning to organize bounty, hackathons, grants and other activities to support developers to enter Thinkium development.

In the future, the Thinkium Foundation will work hard to create Thinkium’s DAO.
